The Goddess has spoken.
I've let depression and apathy take over my life. I've completely stopped following the craft because I had no energy for it. I completely missed Yule and feel like an ass.
I made a vow to get back in gear on my path to the Goddess and she has answered.
I am signing up for a Year & a Day class with L.D.. When I finish I will be level one witch. When I first heard of the classes I snidely thought "what can she teach me that I don't already know?"
When you start thinking like that, you are being a dumb ass.
There is always something new to learn.
At first I let the fear of not completing something hold me back. What if I don't follow through? What if, what if? My track record isn't good. Just take a look at my failed "living healthy" attempts. I'm still grossly over weight and eat poor choices.
Well that is changing too.
I am releasing the fear and making the commitment.
I'm looking forward to this and soon as I made the phone call to say "sign me up" I felt and over whelming peace come over me.
I know I made the right choice.

What an awesome circle we had tonight!! The energy we raised was awesome! We were all paired off into little groups to do some spell work. Each group had a certain spell to cast. Our group had Prosperity. I smirked in satisfaction, I do those ALL the time. Brian had a rhyming chant whipped up in nothing flat, I was very impressed. Other spells cast were knowledge, courage, healing, uncrossing, truth.......Etc. Stuff like that. There were A LOT of new faces. K and I were vying for the attendsion of one new hottie. Every time K had Mr. New hottie alone to himself, I'd find a reason to butt into the conversation. It was so fun. I leaned into K and told him "share your toys". I am so hyped up from the energy raised, I am going to be lucky to get to sleep before midnight. Sir Donald walked me to my car, held my elbow and every thing. Made this old broad feel like a real lady!
Oh yeah, some one brought a can of whipped cream for an angel food cake. Ericka and I got a hold of that can and did all sorts of nasty things with it. Nothing was sacred on that table. We turned every bit of food into something sexual.
